Module Learning Strategies
The learning strategy for the on campus and corporate unit requires students to commit 150 leaning hours (including assessment) of this there are 36 hours class support and 114 hours independent and self directed study.
Module Indicative Content
Managing careers and contemporary career development approaches. Personal attribute identification and ambition management. Changing patterns of employment and organisational responses to management development and social responsibility. Self development, personal development strategies and personal success planning.
A critical review and analysis of the key components of leadership and its limiting facets.

Module Additional Assessment Details
A portfolio equivalent to 3,000 words in which the student will produce a series of reflections linking the theoretical aspects of the module to their own leadership development and aspirations and a personal and professional development plan.
