Brief Description: Assess the need for a change in your business organization and draft implementation plan from a perspective of corporate and business strategy.
Length: max. 3000 words.
INDICATIVE CONTENT
1. Traditional and modern models of change management;
2. Contemporary leadership issues and concepts;
3. Leadership styles and appropriateness of application;
4. Change in business organization with impact on business and corporate strategy;
5. Organisational change and development – reasons, types, goals, managing resistance against change.
6. Various concepts of change management
7. Change implementation step by step regarding strategy;
8. Personal aspects of manager in a process of a change.
9. Politics in a business organization
10. Organisational culture and its effect on change.

1. Demonstrate a systematic understanding of knowledge of various leadership concepts and models related to change management.

Students will engage in direct teaching sessions / lectures and following structured learning.

Following the lectures and prior to completing assessment students will engage with guided learning which will consolidate all new knowledge and understanding.

Independent learning strategies will include electronic consultations, electronic discussion groups and if asked for - personal consultations / advice with lecture team members.
