Essay 1000 words - Critical analysis of working as a Broadcast Journalist within Newsday 20% [Learning Outcomes 1,2,4]
A total of 24 broadcast artefacts (8 each of online story treatments, radio and TV packages) 50% (learning outcomes 3,4,6)

Module Indicative Content
Students will work in news teams to devise and present both pre-recorded packages, voice reports and voice-overs as well as live news bulletins including political , and sports reporting. Students will research, record, present and edit a radio and television package and select, write and present a series of radio and TV news bulletins throughout the newsdays, and provide online material.

Workshops every week with preparation of TV and radio packages outside of workshop
