Assignment One - A three minute audio - visual presentation using sound-slide or equivalent software incorporating an audio interview illustrating a news story/feature aimed at a professional application or website.

Assignment Two- A two minute edited video package on a news story/feature aimed at a professional application or website.

Assignment Three- A written critical analysis of the project of 1,000 words.

Module Indicative Content
The object of the module is to enhance the skills of Photojournalism students learnt in Levels 4 and 5 and to apply these new video and audio skills to produce content for websites and professional applications. Students will learn how to produce and use pre-recorded audio, video and sound slide packages as well as leaning the basics of interview skills for this medium. They will learn presentation, interviewing, writing and technical skills.
Module Learning Strategies
Weekly workshops in which students will learn to use broadcast equipment (TV and radio recording and editing) and how to write for broadcast outlets.
