Module Indicative Content
An overview of the following law will be covered in the context of the setting-up and operation of a small/medium size business.

- The formation and operation of simple contracts.
- Consumer protection and negligence.
- The formation and operation of a contract of employment.
- Statutory and tortious duties regarding health and safety.
- Intellectual property rights to protect commercial interests.
