Module Learning Strategies
The learning strategy of this module requires students to commit to 150 learning hours (including assessment) of which 24 hours of class support and 126 hours of independent and self-directed study.
24 hours formal lectures
During this time students will:
- engage with and apply the relevant domestic and european legislation and case authority to practical situations involving consumer, commercial and employment contracts, including civil and criminal liability.
- engage with and apply the relevant legislation and case authority to the formation, management and termination of business undertakings to include sole traders, partnerships and companies.

2 (TWO) WRITTEN ASSIGNMENTS, ONE PER SEMESTER, EACH HAVING A 1,250 WORD LIMIT.
