Module Learning Strategies
Taught within one designated 1 hour whole group session and two x 2 hour workshop sessions. Also taught pervasively throughout the LPC. Additionally, for students following a blended-learning mode of delivery there will be on-line activities.
Module Additional Assessment Details
Assessment by a 1.5 hour written assessment in the context of Wills and Administration of Estates. Assessed on a competent/not yet competent basis.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority demand students have a standard of letter writing appropriate for legal professional. Writing skills are taught throughout the workshops in all subjects and assessed in the context of a real client scenario arising in Wills and Administration of Estates.
