Module Details
Module Learning Strategies
Litigation and Advocacy attracts approximately 4 hours of class contact per week. This is made up of a one hour whole group session each week supplemented by a workshop of 2.5 hours for Civil Litigation and 3 hours for Criminal Litigation. For Civil Litigation you will also undertake a one whole day workshop.
Module Additional Assessment Details
One 5 hour open book examination covering all learning outcomes.
