Module Indicative Content
Any area of independent study considered relevant and approved by the Law School Dissertation Director in consultation with the student and subject supervisor.
Module Learning Strategies
The focus of the project module is on independent directed study.
The aim is to enable students to demonstrate their skill in research and presentation in a specialised area not specifically covered in their taught modules and to prepare for the substantial work involved in doing a Dissertation.
This project will be a piece of independent research, amounting to 7500 words, carried out by the student under the supervision of a suitable qualified member of the Law School. Students will be expected to make regular contact with their supervisor as appropriate.
