Module Learning Strategies
The focus of this award is on independent directed study.

The project will be a piece of independent research, amounting to 10000 words, carried out by the student under the supervision of a suitably qualified member of staff of the Law School. Students will be expected to be in contact with their supervisors as appropriate.
Module Resources
Access to appropriate texts, cases and legislation, especially via specialist online legal databases e.g. Westlaw [utilising the Athens password system].
Module Additional Assessment Details
An independent project of 10,000 WORDS weighted at 100% (Assessing Learning Outcomes 1-6).
Module Indicative Content
This module will cover the following areas -
1. Undertaking a range of research activity related to Law.
2. Undertaking an area of independent study considered relevant.
