Learning Strategies
Taught within one designated 1 hour whole group session and two x 2 hour workshop sessions. Also taught pervasively throughout the LPC. Additionally, for students following a blended-learning mode of delivery there will be on-line activities.
Assessment Details
Assessment by a 1.5 hour written assessment in the context of Wills and Administration of Estates. Assessed on a competent/not yet competent basis.
