Module Indicative Content
Any area of independent study considered relevant to International Aviation Law and Regulation Title must be approved by the Module Tutor in consultation with the student, subject supervisor and Armed Forces Tutor.
Module Additional Assessment Details
1 x 12,500 Dissertation (Assesses All Learning Outcomes).
The content of the dissertation must relate to an area of international aviation law and regulation.
Module Learning Strategies
The focus of the Dissertation module is on independent directed study.
This Dissertation will be a piece of independent research, amounting to 12,500 words, carried out by the student under the supervision of a suitable supervisor. Students will be expected to make regular contact with their Supervisors as appropriate.
Module Texts
There is no set text as reading will depend upon topic approved. Students will require access to relevant texts, online journal articles and reports as well as case law and statute.
