1. ASSIGNMENT – Critical reflection of current skills gained from activities such as study, work and volunteering. Evaluation of future aspirations (LO1 & 2).

WEB DESCRIPTOR
Adopting a structured approach to career planning, understanding your personal strengths, and focusing on self-development are crucial in helping you to secure your first graduate position and progress on to a successful career path. In this module you will learn how to make the correct choices to identify careers that are right for you, going on to develop an achievable career plan with clear objectives.
MODULE LEARNING STRATEGIES
The learning strategy adopts a distance learning approach with provision of a structured and comprehensive bank of VLE-delivered learning materials. Subject themes and concepts will be introduced by the provision of a synchronous and asynchronous sessions which will be followed with recommended activities, such as reading, participation in online discussions, reflections, watching videos, completion of bitesize online courses, quizzes or presentation development.

Students will be encouraged to engage in peer learning by sharing experiences and discussing themes on online discussion forums. This encourages students to articulate their learning and builds confidence, teamworking and presentation skills.

Students will receive regular feedback from the Module Leader to encourage ongoing engagement.
