Students must be studying the Foundation Degree in Motorsport Technology award.
Module Indicative Content
Identifying and controlling hazards, management of health and safety. Compliance with general legislation and communication. Inspection of the work place.
Requirement and preparations before attending a race meeting.
Preparation and management of race track garage and pit lane operation.
Monitoring maintenance and replacement of equipment.

50% Coursework comprising of 5 skill tests written up as labs assessing Learning Outcomes 2, 3 and 4
