Module Details
INDICATIVE CONTENT
Carry out training or teaching of others on a technical or management issue as appropriate to the organisation and as agreed within the individual's learning agreement. As part of the process the student will research teaching and learning theories and using this information together with workplace knowledge plan and develop teaching for the event. Following the teaching delivery, the student will reflect on the development of the training delivery activities together with the success of the event in achieving the learning outcomes. Additionally, the student will provide analysis and critical reflection on the training or teaching delivery.

LEARNING STRATEGIES
Distance Learning using the Blackboard VLE. Use of libraries and on-line research. This work will be undertaken within the company with support from the mentor, and academic support in developing the reflective documents used for assessment.
