Oxidative and non-oxidative degradation in processing and in-service environments.
Stabilisation types.
ISO 14000 and relevant leglislation. Influence of polymer choice.
Case studies involving domestic and industrial recycling e.g. PET and tyres.
Module Additional Assessment Details
A coursework weighted at 50% which will assess learning outcomes 1, 2 and 3.
A class test (length 2 hours) weighted at 50% which will assess learning outcomes 1, 2 and 3.
