Module Additional Assessment Details
Unseen examination (2 hours) which will assess Learning Outcomes 1, 2, 3 and 4. (50%)
Individual material selection assignment (500 words equivalent) (20%) which will assess Learning Outcome 3
Written individual assignment based on group experimental work (30%) which will assess Learning Outcome 2 and 4
Module Learning Strategies
This module will enable students to gain understanding, apply knowledge, analyse and evaluate problems and create solutions through a variety of activities, including lectures, blended learning, practical sessions, student centred learning activities, directed but independent student learning and small group tutorials.
