Module Indicative Content
This module is designed to help you develop the digital skills which are crucial to the contemporary Music and Sound work place. Music and Sound is an increasingly digital first environment and understanding the tools, skills and legislation which govern that is an essential part of operating within the sector.

The ability to operate computer-based technologies is essential for professionals in the creative industries. There will be sessions which cover the digital basis of Mac OS, the dominant platform in the Music and Sound industry, relevant packages for presenting, communicating, writing and information handling.

The contact time will be broken down as follows:
26 lecture/tutorials of 3 hours including small group work and individual support.
