The FCET Music Technology laboratories and studios, Cubase SX, Reason.
Module Indicative Content
An introduction to various styles and techniques of composition.
Areas covered will include; electronic music, electroacoustic music, jazz, twentieth century and pre twentieth century styles.
Analysis and informed listening will be encouraged.
There will be many opportunities to use specialist music software to support the learning process.
