1. Portfolio of laboratory exercises, weighting 20% assessing learning outcome 2.
2. Written exercise (typically 1400 words) weighting 70% assessing learning outcome 1.
3. An interview weighting 10% assessing learning outcome 3.
Module Indicative Content
You will be introduced to the Recording Studio environment and given tuition in the use of relevant Studio Hardware.
You will consider choice of equipment and how the elements are integrated to achieve a functional recording environment. You will become familiar with the application of studio hardware, microphone, dynamic and effects processor techniques through a series of practical studio based sessions.
