Module Learning Strategies
2 hours per week practical x 12 weeks (groups of 20)
1 hour per week lecture x 6 weeks
Module Indicative Content
The module will cover:
1. the basic principles of Pro Tools needed to complete a project to a professional standard.
2. hardware configurations in Pro Tools,
3. user interfaces and session file structures.
You will produce a completed piece of music using Pro Tools LE.
Module Additional Assessment Details
A two hour exam (50%) covering material of a similar level to the Digidesign 101 course assessing learning outcomes 1 and 3
A 15 minute presentation (50%) of your completed Pro Tools project assessing learning outcome 2
