Module Indicative Content
Students will learn to engage in practical and theoretical studies of advanced music production.
It will focus on various genres of musical style, HD audio recording and production, and common industry standard advanced production techniques including digital and analogue hybrid systems. Students will examine advanced drum editing, vocal composite techniques, advanced microphone and mixing techniques to enable students to produce audio products to a commercial level. Current trends within the music industry will be investigated for their impact on technical, theoretical and critical approaches to the audio production process.
