A Portfolio (PO1) of completed coursework. The portfolio is likely to include: written reports, spreadsheets, charts or diagrams, photography and illustration.
Module Indicative Content
You will be considering your previous interior design experience and skills acquisition in order to plan a major project or dissertation that progresses your aspirations for your career development. You will research associated areas and evaluate the opportunities for generating original and innovative ideas within an area of interior design. It is envisaged that this project or dissertation will inform your Interior Design Special Study Project which is the project you will undertake in order to achieve your BA Honours Award.
Module Learning Strategies
Delivery is by distance learning with a comprehensive course handbook, examples of best practice, project templates and telephone and email support being available as necessary through our online VLE, individual and group tutorials, online forums and bulletin boards. Specialist knowledge will be delivered by a diverse team of staff and visiting guest lecturers with a variety of relevant backgrounds and experience. Relevant field trips may be employed at appropriate stages.
