Planning, implementing and evaluating change strategies, understanding motivation, introduction to cognitive behavioural models for common mental health-related problems, managing challenging behaviours, working with alliance ruptures, research and literature underpinning cognitive-behavioural therapy, scope of cognitive behavioural therapy in clinical practice. Embedding CB approaches in practice, role of clinical supervision, legal, ethical and professionals issues in CBT
