A portfolio of evidence comprising of four sections, one relating to each of the learning outcomes.
Wordage for each section must not exceed 1,100. Total wordage for the whole portfolio must not exceed 4,400.

Group and individual tutorials around the production of the profile, and to give feedback on progress
INDICATIVE CONTENT
Focus on the medical model in relation to a number of mental disorders namely:
Depression
Anxiety
Schizophrenia
Bipolar disorder
Dementia
The module focus is on the assessment, signs and symptoms of these disorders. Common treatments and interventions are discussed, with appropriate recognition of risk assessment and management. Service user and carer perspectives are integrated throughout.
