Module Indicative Content
This module will draw from other modules within the award, for instance Introduction to Project Management, Ethics in Healthcare Organisations and Leading and Managing Change and Innovation in Healthcare. The student will negotiate with the module leader an aspect of work place practice they wish to study which meet their own learning needs that focuses on an aspect of leadership and/or management in healthcare, content will include
Introduction to process of investigation
Use of evidence to justify/support rationale for investigation e.g. local and national policy documents, research and authorative literature
Setting of aims and objectives
Project management and evaluation
