All session content will reference policies, guidance and developments related to current diabetes care and management.
All session content will incorporate political and guidance documents such as the NSF for diabetics (2001/02)
Module Additional Assessment Details
2500 word assignment examining, exploring and reflecting on a specific diabetic care issue (taken from your reflective diary) and making specific recommendations for practice development in your diabetes care. The assignment must include reference to relevant policies, research, guidelines and developments as appropriate, when considering diabetes care and management. (100%). You must also use a reflective model.

Formative assessment:
Personal reflective diary on diabetic care during the module from which the diabetic care issue to be explored for summative assignment is derived.
