Admissions Requirements: Employment with a relevant healthcare organisation. Access to practice learning environment as a Trainee Nursing Associate.

Assessment Details
A coherent and structured facilitation of learning (20 minutes duration) that explores how a leadership decision was taken and managed in practice (referring to appropriate policy and theory throughout).

The summative assessment must be passed.

Formative
Formative Assessment:
A group presentation of 10 minutes based on student's experiences on team working during the module and related to the module learning outcomes. The presentation will be peer and self-assessed
