Module Details
Module Indicative Content
This module will: provide an opportunity for students to explore the theory of wound management to support personal reflection and clinical practice, to facilitate an awareness of applying research based findings in order to change practice. Students will also consider the impact of professional judgement and accountability when manageing acute and chronic wounds.

Summative Assessment:
A case study weighted at 100% (contributes to LO 1,2,and 3)
A systematic evaluative and reflective case study of a client from practice. With particular reference to the assessment, implementation, management and evaluation of their wound management in the context of the holistic proless.
