3000 word assignment critically evaluating, analysing and reflecting on a specific diabetic care issue (taken from your reflective diary) in relation to specific clinical practice development in reference to the National Service Framework for Diabetes (DoH 2002) and to make specific recommendations for practice development in your diabetes care (100%)
