A 3,000 word literature review focusing on a challenge related to Long Term Conditions - 100%

ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS:
Students are asked to identify an aspect of Long Term Conditions practice, identify current practice, present a summary of the literature and discuss practice development issues related to this enquiry, with a plan of how practice will be intergrated into the workplace and disseminated to relevant staff.
Formative Assessment / Feedback:
Students are formatively assessed through their contribution to PBL scenarios throughout the module
Assessment meets all learning outcomes
