3000 word assignment critically evaluating, analysing and reflecting on a specific diabetic care issue (taken from your reflective diary)
and making specific recommendations for practice development in your diabetes care. The assignment must include reference to relevant policies, research, guidelines and developments as appropriate, when considering diabetes care and management. (100%)
