A 3000 word essay that focuses on a client case study and critically evaluates an area of practice related to the application of medication management and ensuring all learning outcomes are achieved.

INDICATIVE CONTENT
The module will explore current issues and challenges in the area of medication management. There will be exploration of the practitioners' role in delivering effective strategies to improve service users' experience, including evidence based approaches to care delivery associated with medicines use.
