Written Reflection: completion of two pieces of reflection (one for Practice Learning Period 7 and one for Practice Learning Period 8 each being 1000 words). Episode of care - The practice assessor/supervisors and student will identify an appropriate episode of direct care involving meeting the needs of a group of people receiving care or in caring for an individual with complex health care needs. Within this episode students should demonstrate skills to undertake a comprehensive assessment and understanding of commonly encountered presentations.
