ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
Undertake a written critical evaluation relating to a selected clinical scenario, indicating how you use this information to guide your action in leading the planning and delivering care in a multi-disciplinary manner (assessing all learning outcomes).
You will critically discuss how your assessment and care planning is influenced by the evidence base. From your analysis of the evidence and your assessment, you will discuss your findings and outline your management plans regarding the patient, carers and the wider members of the multidisciplinary team. Your discussion should include a reflexive exploration of the leadership techniques you will use and how you propose to effectively employ these to guide and influence the delivery of care. Your assignment should also make reference to non-technical skills such as team working and communication in the delivery of patient care.
