Delivery of health services takes place in a dynamic environment where the workforce is constantly responding to change in health policy and changes in the care needs of the population. This module reviews the importance of leadership style and the effective use of management strategies in delivering health services in a changing context. Key concepts covered:

30-minute presentation meeting outcomes 1, 2,3 &$ Plus a maximum of 5 minutes questions and answers from the panel.
Due to the professional nature of this award, no internal compensation will be allowed for this module.
Formative You will receive a group tutorial and an individual tutorial. The individual tutorial will be made up of the following:
Submission of 12 slides with notes (100 words per slide) into a formative gateway prior to your tutorial
Individual tutorial ( 30 minutes to review slides and make notes, 30 minutes discussion)
