ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
Summative Submission
You are required to submit present a Service Improvement Proposal that could be implemented within your area of work. You will be provided with a structure to follow and headings to use in your proposal. The proposal must be linked to your scope of practice. This assesses all learning outcomes.

This is a service improvement proposal and is a theoretical exercise and you do not therefore have to implement the change to complete the assignment. This should however be a realistic proposal with consideration given to barriers and opportunities for its implementation. Up to 5 minutes of questions from your panel will be included in your assessment time.
