Module Additional Assessment Details
An action plan and rationale (LO1) equivalent to 1000 words, Weighting 40%

Reflection record on progress against action plan in relation to both academic and professional development (LO2 and LO3) 2000 words Weighting 60%

All learning outcomes are covered by two assessment methods. Students must attempt all assessments and achieve an overall pass grade for the module.

It is envisaged that the action plan is submitted in teaching block 1 and therefore provides an opportunity for formative feedback. The reflection would be submitted at the end of teaching block 2.
