1 Written analysis of the problem including comparison to the case study and project proposal (LO1 LO2) - 2000 words, Weighting 30%

2 Individual field notes (LO3 LO4 LO5 LO6) of progress and process including final reflection of the entire holistic experience - 3000 words, Weighting 70%

All learning outcomes are covered by two assessment methods. Students must attempt all assessments and achieve an overall pass grade for the module.

Formative feedback will be provided in a variety of forms, including written feedback on proposed titles, outline assignment plans and full drafts. Feedback may take place via full-class, group and individual tutorials.

Formative feedback should also be obtained through a presentation, with support notes, to the employer.

Learners will be encouraged to draw on this experience within their Developing Yourself As An Effective Leader and Management Practitioner module
