Module Details
Module Indicative Content
The focus of this module is reflection on learning during a programme of study, and looking forward to the next area for personal development. On completion of the components in the Learning Contract students should take time to reflect on their learning and achievements, reflecting upon how they have achieved the programme learning outcomes and relevant QAA subject benchmarks.

Using the Reflective Journals created during the programme will be provide a focus for this broader reflection.

The issues to be addressed will comprise:

- The students structured self-evaluation of her/his personal development during the learning process.
- An assessment of the degree to which the aims of the programme have been met and the relevant benchmark statements.
- The range and balance of learning activities / styles and the learners preferred style / route to learning.
- A reflective view of how any future learning activities would be best achieved as a result of the experience of undergoing the programme.
- Next steps for future personal and career development identified as a result of the reflection.

Module Learning Strategies
The learning strategy for the module requires students to commit 150 learning hours (including assessment). However the learning strategy is student centred, with students applying newly developed academic skills to reflect on their learning during the programme and to develop a strategy for future personal and career development.

There will be 12 hours of tutor support to monitor student progress and address issues arising from the assessment.
