Module Details
Module Learning Strategies
Students will engage in a variety of theoretical and practical learning experiences which are specific to the RAF, Army or Navy. These could include:

- work shadowing
- training workshops
- training courses
- development through application of knowledge
- leading individuals and/or teams
- dealing with complex personnel matters
- personal reflection
Module Indicative Content
This module aims to contextualise student¿s learning to the specific working environment and practices of the RAF, Army or Navy.

Students will be introduced to topics such as:

- single service policy and publications
- single service culture, ethics and equality and diversity
- the differing expectations of personnel in each service
- training and development opportunities which are available to service personnel
- the fundamentals of HR management
- reflective learning
Module Additional Assessment Details
Portfolio of Evidence of no more than 6000 words (equivalent) which assesses all learning outcomes and is weighted at 100%
