Students will attend weekly webinars in our virtual classroom within Blackboard Collaborate. They will additionally have access to the ILM workbook for the ILM Unit 507 Operational Management, which will be completed throughout the duration of the module delivery. Discussion forums and journal areas of blackboard will be used to engage students in independent learning activities.
