MODULE ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
A 3,500 word report covering work-related example of where you have used aspects of leadership and managementin your practice. Supporting evidence will be included.

This module is intended to prepare you for a management position in your organisation, giving you the skills required to manage people and processes, build relationships inside and outside of your organisation and improve your organisation’s performance by your leadership, vision and your ability to influence.
MODULE LEARNING STRATEGIES
Formal teaching will take place in 4 x 3 hour blocks.
Independent learning is expected to be undertaken in relation to the formal teaching.
