To pass this module student must obtain 40% marks.

Module Indicative Content
Topics will be drawn from

- The organisation's position in the sector and market within which it operates
- The opportunity for change, in support of the organisation's objectives
- Model and method to identify a change process and the communication of that change process
- The impact of the change process on individuals in the organisation
- Assessment of the impact of the change on organisational stakeholders
- The impact of the change on achievement of organisational objectives
- How to secure support for the change process from senior management
- How individuals in the organisation will be supported during the change process
- Constructing plans to implement and monitor the change process
- The outcome of the change process against the change plan and organisational objectives

Module Learning Strategies
The learning strategy for the module requires students to commit 150 learning hours, of this there will be 38 hours of class support and 112 hours of independent and self directed study.

Student managed learning/ directed learning

Apart from the lecture each week, various other methods as mentioned above will be used as learning strategies.
There will be workshop and tutorial sessions, students will be required to discuss and present various topics of the module in the class. Students are expected to be able to structure their own work and to work relatively independently under the guidance of the module teaching staff.
