Indicative Content
This module aims to help identify the impact of change on people in the workplace and the consequences of change in relation to the complexities of organizational life. Change has implications at operational and strategic levels as it influences the working environment of individuals, groups and the organization as a whole, as well as the relationships with stakeholders. The module will take both a pragmatic perspective by exploring the application of change ideas to situations as well as critiquing theory and the literature on change as it applies to organizational progression.
