Module Learning Strategies
Students will engage in a variety of learning forums including:
tutor-led formal presentations, guest lectures, workshops and group based tutorials. There will also be a developmental series of group based simulation workshops and some supporting VLE for learner-managed development

Approaches, models and competing debates to international people management and development.
Contemporary issues for HR management in the international setting.
Traditional and newer approaches to IHRM policies and practices.
International assignments and employment practices and different responses.
Global and international factors affecting strategic development.
