Module Indicative Content
This module will be required when a student wishes to apply for APL or APEL with respect to experience directly relevant to their research project, but which does not correspond to any module offered at Staffordshire University.
This module is a 'shell' into which that experience can be 'put', and receive credit towards the PgC Research Methods award.

Module Learning Strategies
This module will require a process of negotiation with the supervisor(s), concerning both the student's needs and what might be able to suit those needs. The culmination of this process is two documents: the learning contract, which is part of the Research Skills module; and an APL application form.
