You will present a body of coursework for assessment, including:

A visual diary documenting your pictorial development and contextual research [Lerning Outcome 2]
An edited set of finished photographs [Learning Outcomes 1,2,3]
Module Indicative Content
This module gives you the opportunity to work using a photojournalist approach to photography, enabling you to identify visual strategies and editing skills that are necessary for the 'news worthy'; image/s. You will be asked to investigate a particular issue, event or situation which should primarily address the visual message but will need to consider the framework of how such images are contextualized by headline, caption and text, and the relationship between photographer and editor.
