ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
The student will build a comprehensive synoptic portfolio (template provided) that includes various forms of operational evidence demonstrating the student officer's competencies in relation to the 15 duties of a constable as set out in the Apprenticeship Standard (see indicative content below)¿

Each section should correspond to a specific duty of a constable (e.g., problem-solving, investigation, safeguarding, partnership working) and include:¿¿

Descriptions of experiences related to each duty.¿

Product evidence that supports the descriptions (e.g., incident reports, witness statements, training certificates, feedback from supervisors, digital evidence).¿

Reflections on how these experiences have contributed to their professional development.¿

The portfolio will incorporate a RoSE table to reference the supportive product evidence that will substantiate the competencies demonstrated in the portfolio. These items of product evidence can be written or digital and must be verified by the employer.¿
