The module will explore the nature of customer and stakeholder relationships within the health and social care environment, considering physical, mental health and learning disability services. This will focus on the role and power of public, patient and wider stakeholder involvement in relation to the implementation of health policy and the importance of communicating key health messages across the wider community.
